4. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Harare and surrounding areas in Zimbabwe.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused and in original packaging for returns.
• Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of returned items.
• Custom or special order items are non-refundable.
